Please bring a Basic Kit to all Club Nights and Workshops.
If additional items are required for a specific project, the information will be announced at the previous Club Night and should also appear below, under the appropriate meeting date.
There will be a raffle at £1 a ticket during the evening. The prize will be papercraft-related.
If you have any suggestions, queries or comments about the Club, please pop them into the HSNW Club Mailbox (at any of the regular meetings).
CaroLines and/or Artful Artisan bring stock for sale at most Club Nights, giving you the opportunity to replace essentials and to add new items to your kit.
Workshops
Booking a Place
It is each member's own responsibility to let the organiser know at the appropriate time if they wish to attend a workshop: the organiser will not be chasing members who fail to do so and a place will therefore not be available.
Eligibility
Only fully paid-up members who have complied with Club Night attendance requirements can benefit from Club-funded workshops (and the Christmas Party). This will be monitored on a proportional basis throughout the year, so attendance at a minimum of 3 meetings is necessary to qualify for the May/June workshops and a further 3 to qualify for the October/November events.
If a member does not achieve the required number of meetings, they may still attend, but at a cost of £21.00.
On The Day
Could all participants please be at the venue by 9:30am to help set up and to be ready to start work at 10:00am. Classes will generally end between 3:30 and 4:00pm to allow for cleaning of the hall, kitchen, etc, before vacating at 4:30pm. Please do not leave without putting away your table and chair or without cleaning your area. Also, please help the demonstrator to vacate the premises and reload their vehicle.
